Government must think 'more strategically'
Brownfield sites on the Isle of Man shouldn't be kept in government ownership if there is no 'clear vision' for their redevelopment.
That's according to the chief minister who says his administration must think 'more strategically' about developing derelict areas.
Earlier this year the Manx Development Corporation was established – it aims to attract inward investment, and developers, for residential and commercial regeneration.
