Onchan man appears before Deputy High Bailiff
An Onchan man's appeared in court accused of failing to provide a breath sample to police.
Thirty-one-year-old Robert John Thomas of Little Mill Road appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes.
He'd been remanded in custody since being arrested for the offence on November 25.
Mr Thomas has been bailed in his own recognisance to the sum of £500 and the case has been adjourned until 3 January.
