Emergency services attend incident
The emergency services are currently dealing with a bin wagon which has been blown over in Douglas.
Police, fire and ambulance crews are all in attendance at the incident at Governor's Dip.
A report on Tweetbeat says the vehicle has gone into the glen, and the driver has been treated by medical staff.
Ramsey Town Commissioners has confirmed the vehicle is one of theirs.
The stretch of road between the Victoria Road and Governor's Bridge roundabouts has now been closed.
