Submerged obstruction delaying today's sailings
Recent bad weather has caused disruption to sailings into Heysham.
A 'submerged obstruction' is the reported problem stopping the Ben my Chree entering the channel.
The ferry will wait outside Heysham until it is safe to approach - she is now due to arrival into Heysham at 2.30pm.
This consequently delays the Ben my Chree's return, now due to depart at 4.30pm this afternoon.
Passengers are being asked to check in as normal so the turn around can be done as quickly as possible.
