The infrastructure minister says he remains optimistic that progress can be made in talks with Unite the Union later today aimed at ending the bus dispute.

Speaking on Manx Radio Breakfast, Tim Crookall confirmed that proposals have been exchanged by both sides, but agreement has yet to be reached.
The Glenfaba and Peel MHK says the Department of Infrastructure is operating as many services as possible with the staff currently available, though he acknowledges that a further six days of action may put increasing pressure on resources:
