Draft animal welfare bill welcomed by local groups
A consultation, aiming to form domestic animal protection laws on the Island, has been welcomed by a number of local groups.
The survey is now live now for feedback on the draft Animal Welfare Bill 2021.
It's to bring in legislation to protect domestic animals from mistreatment and neglect and in some cases protecting wildlife from harm.
