
Former Mayor of London Ken Livingstone is to speak in the Island later this month.
The left-wing former Labour MP and leader of the GLC , 'Red Ken' has been invited to give the Isle of Man Law Society's prestigious biennial lecture.
He was the first elected mayor of London in 2000 and oversaw a major upgrade of public transport in the capital.
He was also instrumental in London's winning bid to host the Olympic Games.
