Ensures Manx compliance is acknowledged
Regulatory compliance by the Isle of Man Aircraft Registry has been recognised by the German federal Aviation office as a Letter of Understanding is signed.
It relates to EASA PART-NCC accepted aircraft; ensuring the Isle of Man's ICAO compliance is acknowledged by Luftfahrt-Bendesamt (LBA).
Together, they are two of the largest European business and corporate aircraft registries - the move is expected to enhance the efficiencies of all parties involved.
It also facilitates alignment with standards for non-commercial aircraft - recently subject to international media attention in recent months.
