'Gov't needs to incentivise people to make switch' - Douglas councillor
Government needs to help people to make the switch to electric vehicles.
That's the message from one vehicle owner.
There are under 800 on the Isle of Man but the Manx Government wants that number to soar to 10,000 by 2030.
Douglas councillor Frank Schuengel thinks the target is achievable with assistance:
