IoM Cycling Association backs plans, with conditions
There's a call to make it safer and easier for people to undertake so-called 'active travel', as well as simply encouraging them to do so.
It comes from the Isle of Man Cycling Association, which says it cautiously welcomes the plans announced in the Manx Budget.
The government wants us to walk and cycle more, and reduce our vehicle usage.
Rob Holden from the association says that's all well and good, but with Manx roads getting busier and plans to grow the population further, safe solutions are limited.
