Anonymous donor helps Jurby Church
Twenty thousand pounds which was donated anonymously to St Patrick's Church will go towards restoring the building.
The Friends of Jurby Church, and the warden, have had plans to restore it since 2015 but a lack of finances has stopped progress.
The charity, which was formed in 2014 when the church was in danger of closing completely, wants to secure the building for continued use as a community venue.
