He had returned from illness yesterday in Superstock contest
Conor Cummins has withdrawn from today's Supersport TT Race 2.
In an update on social media, Cummins says 'I tried real hard yesterday but realise I need more time'.
He took part in yesterday's Superstock TT Race 1 after sitting out the first two days of racing after being admitted to hospital with an infection.
The Manxman says he's aiming to be back again on Friday for the Superstock TT Race 2.
Unfortunately I won’t be out in todays SSP race. I tried real hard yesterday but realize I need more time. We will go again Friday.
