The director behind an upcoming Hollywood film inspired by the TT says they want to portray the 'authenticity' of both the event and the Isle of Man as a whole.

In 2026, Amazon MGM Studios is carrying out production on a new film called 'Isle of Man', with Channing Tatum and Eve Hewson currently attached to star.

Director, Reid Carolin, told Radio TT ahead of today's opening practice session they wanted to embed themselves within the action during the racing fortnight to immerse themselves in the atmosphere.
