Mark Cavendish among 12 athletes already confirmed for Team IOM

Team Isle of Man is hoping to have top athletes competing in every sport at next year's Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

The Manx Missile, Mark Cavendish, is one of 12 'tier 1' athletes already confirmed to be representing the Island at the 2022 tournament.

The squad will eventually be 30-strong with a staged process of selection, which is hoped to be completed by April next year.
