Reigning champions Valkyrs A and arch rivals Bacchas A made it two wins out of two in the Wi-Manx Mixed Premier Division on Saturday.
But it was newly promoted Valkyrs B who caused the result of the day as they also maintained a 100 per cent record.
Chris Thomas scored the only goal to stun regular title contenders Vikings A and seal an impressive 1-0 victory.
Valkyrs’ goalkeeper Juan Bellando was named man of the match.
Their A team saw off Celts 3-0, courtesy of Ollie Webster (two) and Andrew Kneen.
Bacchas A put nine past their B team but only after being given an almighty scare.
Alex Bell hit a hat-trick to put the B team 3-0 up before the A side took over.
There were hat-tricks apiece for Claire Louise Lace and Andy Whiting with Karl Moore, Jamie Brown and Gareth Craig also finding the net.
Ramsey A were too strong for Vikings B.
Nat Smith, Alex Callow, Matty Grice and Vicky Garner were on target in a 5-2 win.
Richard Gelder grabbed both for Vikings B.
