
There is an urgent appeal for marshals for Boxing Day's Millennium Way Relay.
Organisers are still a long way short of the required numbers of helpers and are asking competitors to ask a relative or friend to help out.
Assistance is required at Brandywell Road (10.30am to11.45am approx), St. Lukes Church (10.45am to noon approx), Crosby/Peel Road (11.00am to 12.15pm approx), Crosby leg 2 finish/leg 3 start (11.00am to 12.15pm approx), Garth Crossroads (11.15am to 12.30pm approx), St Marks leg 3 finish/leg 4 start (11.30am to 12.45pm approx), exit Rushen Abbey road crossing (11.45am to 1.15pm approx), Castletown harbour bridge (noon to 1.30pm approx), The Glue Pot/Castletown Police Station (noon to 1.30pm approx) and Castletown Square (noon to 1.30pm approx).
