Skelly praises Manx Missile's determination

Tynwald has paid tribute to cyclist Mark Cavendish this morning.

On day two of the July sitting, new President of the Court Laurence Skelly took a moment to honour the Manx Missile's recent achievements.

Following an extraordinary comeback, Cav returned to this year's Tour de France, winning four stages and equalling the overall Tour record with Eddie Merckx.
