Sidecars still due to race on Saturday
Racing at the TT this weekend is going to be split over the two days, due to Saturday's weather forecast.
Clerk of the Course Gary Thompson has decided to push the Superbike race back to Sunday.
High winds are forecast for Saturday, which are too strong for the big solo machines.
The sidecars, however, will still race on Saturday, as Mr Thompson explained live on Vauxhall Radio TT earlier:
The Mountain Road is still due to start closing from 9.15am on Saturday, followed by the rest of the course at 10am.
The intention is to have untimed practice sessions for the solo classes in the morning.
As it stands, the Superbike race is scheduled for a 2pm start on Sunday.
