After his first attempt was thwarted, Adam Diver hopes to make it to the Guinness Book of World Records
A former army captain is hoping to make to into the Guinness Book of World Records next month as he attempts 'The Big Swim 2'.
Adam Diver initially tried the 51km feat from Whitehaven to the Isle of Man in July last year but he was defeated by the rough Irish Sea.
He plans to take on the challenge around 15 May and told Manx Radio he's learnt the weather plays a big part:
