Former Island player through to next stage in straight sets
Billy Harris has reached the second round of the Gentlemen's Singles at Wimbledon.
The former Island player has beaten Serbian Dusan Lajovic in straight sets (6-3, 6-2, 6-4) on Court 15 this afternoon.
It's the first time the former Albany and Castletown competitor has reached the second stage of the competition after making his debut in the 'Grand Slam' last year.
Harris will now face Portuguese opponent Nuno Borges in round two.
