Tazmin Fayle wins bronze in women's discus

Teammate Megan Lockwood finishes seventh

Tazmin Fayle's won bronze in the women's discus at the Island Games in Guernsey.

She threw a distance of 38.44m in the final round.

Teammate Megan Lockwood recorded a distance of 31.81m to finish seventh in the field of 13.

The event was won by Shadine Duquemin from Jersey who set a new Island Games record of 49.34m.
