Taekwondo: Three golds for Isle of Man competitor at British Championships

Nino Ontoy claims 13th British overall gold

An Isle of Man Taekwondo competitor won three gold medals at the British Championships last week (1-2 November). 

Nino Ontoy brought home the top prizes in the under 30 individual, pair and team divisions at the 2025 British Taekwondo National Poomsae Championships.

He picked up his fourth consecutive individual title and his 13th British gold overall. 

Nino expressed his gratitude for the strength and blessings that guided him.
