
The Special Olympics Manx National Games will take place in July.
The event is being arranged as a celebration of the 25th anniversary of Special Olympics Isle of Man.
Home athletes will be able to perform in front of family and friends against nations such as Britain, Ireland, Austria, Gibraltar, Malta and Spain.
The sports included are Athletics, Bocce, Equestrian, 5-a-side Football, Golf and Swimming with Cycling as a demonstration sport.
The date has been set - Thursday 8th July to Monday 12th July.
Special Olympics Isle of Man National Director Beryl Wooldridge says organising such an event is ambitious and volunteers will be needed to help make it a success:-
