Southern 100 set to start

Practice session at Billown this evening

There's a star-studded line-up ready to start at the Southern 100 road races which begins this evening.

Roads around the Colas Billown course close at 6pm and will reopen no later than 9.40pm for the first practice session.

There's more practice tomorrow at the same time with racing on Wednesday evening and through the day on Thursday.

Club Chairman George Peach is delighted solo champion Dean Harrison and sidecar title holders Tim Reeves and Mark Wilkes are back to defend their crowns.
