Sharpe in GB Junior Academy

Amelia included after successful summer

Another Manx cyclist has been named in the Great Britain Junior Academy.

Amelia Sharpe is included in the eight girls endurance riders named for the next year.

Earlier this summer Amelia finished 6th in the road race at the European Youth Olympic Festival in Hungary.

She is the current British National Series Champion in the under-16 girls.

Amelia also won a bronze medal in the under-16 Points Race at the British Cycling National Youth and Junior Track Championships at the Newport Velodrome.
