Saturday Hockey is Postponed

Tomorrow's entire Hockey programme has been postponed.

The Manx Hockey Association says the decision follows talks with the Ronaldsway Met Office, which is predicting more heavy rain and strong winds for Saturday.

Players safety is being taken into account as there is a renewed risk of flooding.

Last weekend, several games were lost due to standing water on the pitches at Peel and Ramsey.

An announcement about Sunday's fixtures will be made later today.
