Royal performance to reach Final

Douglas Royal produced a commanding display to reach the Sure Mobile Women's Astro Cup Final.

They beat Rushen 9-2. Most of the damage was done in the first half with Royal 7-1 up at the break.

Siobhan Lockwood and Donna Simmin both found the back of the net four times with Samantha MacDonald scoring the other goal.

Donna Harrison scored both goals for Rushen.

Douglas Royal will meet Corinthians in next Sunday's Final at the National Sports Centre.

Corinthians beat Gymns 5-0 in the other semi. Leonie Roberts grabbed a hat-trick with Sarah O'Reilly and Voirrey Holmes also on target.
