Manx rider manages top-20 finish on maiden series appearance
Rising Manx motorcycle prospect Illiam Quayle has returned home after making his British National Superstock series debut at the weekend.
The Manx Legend Racing rider made his maiden appearance in the event at the latest round at Oulton Park from 13-15 September and managed a 28th-place finish in the first race of the meeting.
Illiam - who's the son of TT winner Richard 'Milky' Quayle - then went even better in the second race of the weekend, crossing the line ten places higher in 18th.
On social media the team has described the experience as a 'successful trip' with 'rider and team happy.'
What's more, Manx Legend Racing says after this positive outing they've now entered for the next round of the championship being held at Donington Park from 27-29 September.
The crew also adds it will have 'a big announcement coming soon' on plans for 2025.
