Riders injured during Festival of Motorcycling practice

Four taken to Noble's for treatment

Festival of Motorcycling organisers say four riders were taken to Noble’s hospital by helicopter, after incidents during last night’s practice session. 

Yvan Cardona came off at Cruickshanks, suffering a suspected femur injury, Adrian Bowman was involved in an incident at Schoolhouse Corner, hurting his arm and leg.

Shaun Evans came off at Whitegates, sustaining an elbow injury and Tom Palmer injured his wrist and chest in an off at Brandish. 

Another four riders were involved in incidents during last night’s practice, but were unhurt.
