A second half comeback ensured Ramsey gained the result of the day for the Manx sides competing in the South Lancashire/Cheshire leagues.
They saw off Sefton 22-13 at the Mooragh Park in Division Two.
A Peter Verrell try had kept Ramsey in the hunt as they trailed 13-5 at the break.
However, a second Verrell try, one from skipper Wil Keenan and another from Lance Wylie, converted by Fintan Cummins, secured victory.
In the same division, Douglas went down 24-7 at home to in-form Southport.
A Nathan Pearce try, converted by Mark Shortland, provided their score.
Vagabonds were out muscled from start to finish as they lost 21-3 at Hoylake in Division One.
