This weekend Lancs/Cheshire Three leaders Ramsey begin a difficult sequence of games which could make or break their season.

The Reds face Ruskin Park today and follow this up with Ellesmere Port and Old Bedians, with all four teams right in the promotion mix.

Ramsey head the pack but only by a single point and with their nearest rivals facing the bottom sides this weekend, a defeat at Ruskin Park could prove costly.

Team news for Ramsey is positive, with Anthony Fergusson returning to the second row and Harri Radford to the back line in what is probably the strongest starting line up Ramsey have fielded all season.

Abuu Migoda also returns to the bench and his pace late in the game could be vital.
