
Laxey athlete Harriet Pryke produced an impressive performance at the London Games at the Lee Valley Athletics Centre over the weekend.
The 19 year-old took 1.2 seconds off her personal best by running the 200 metres indoor in 25.59 seconds.
She then knocked more than a second and a half off her best time in the 400 metres, completing the race in 57.2 seconds - faster than her time at the North of England Indoor Athletics Championship in Sheffield a fortnight ago.
