Lisa Grant part of squad heading to Canada next month
A Manx powerlifter is set to represent Great Britain on the international stage next month.
Lisa Grant, owner of Revolution Gym in Ballasalla, has been selected for the British Masters Powerlifting Team heading to Newfoundland in Canada in October.
There, she'll compete in the Masters Classic in the Masters 1 category.
Lisa had consecutive wins in the British Masters in 2021 and this year.
In the 2022 event she managed a lift of 392.5kg, 12.5kg ahead of her nearest competitor to claim her second British title.
