Peel win Women's Floodlit Cup for first time

Corinthians beaten 2-1 at The Bowl

Peel have lifted the Nedbank Women's Floodlit Cup for the first time this afternoon.

They beat Corinthians 2-1 at The Bowl, courtesy of an Eleanor Gawne penalty in the first half and a 68th minute strike from Sarah Taylor.

Lisa Costain had drawn the Whites level five minutes into the second half.
