Parish Entry Deadline Extended

You still have time to enter this year's Scottish Widows Parish Walk.

On-line entries were due to close at midnight but shut down prematurely at 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon.

Organisers have therefore extended the time period to 11.59pm today - full details at parishwalk.com.

The 2010 event, which starts at the National Sports Centre at 8am on Saturday 26th June, is already guaranteed to have more people taking part than ever before.

So far, 1,648 competitors have registered.
