Northern Irish star Lee Johnston to make T.T. Debut

Young Northern Ireland rider Lee Johnston will make his Mountain Course debut at T.T. 2012.

Nicknamed "The General" he won the inaugural National Superstock 600cc Championship in 2008 when he finished on the podium in 10 of the 12 rounds.

Johnston has already experienced road racing at the North West 200 and last season finished 9th in the solitary Supersport race.

He will compete at this year's T.T. for East Coast Racing on Honda machinery in the Superbike, Superstock and Senior races.
