New MHK looks to raise standards

Michael's new MHK is pledging to bring a new attitude to the way Tynwald conducts its business.

Alfie Cannan swept into the seat vacated by his father, David, with a huge majority in Thursday's poll.

On Mandate today (Friday) he said it was time to raise the standards in the national parliament (listen to audio file below):
