New leaders in Netball

Connections take over at top

Route One Connections are the new leaders of the Manx Netball Association Premier Division.

With Champions Ballasalla "A" not playing, Route One Connections took full advantage with a 41-23 victory over Thompson One to move three points clear of the southerners at the summit.

Red Eagles are up to third after a thumping 54-18 win over Thompson Two and defeat for Blue Eagles who went down 30-38 to Route One Turbos.

In the other fixture, Missfits "A" beat Toomraiders 35-28.
