Next year's Parish Walk will be a week later than usual.
It will start on Saturday 26th June rather than the weekend closest too mid-summer.
The walk also has new sponsors in Scottish Widows, who follow on from 20 years support from Clerical Medical.
Race Director Ray Cox says the main reason for the new date is to avoid a clash with another big event:-
