MSR staff host free home workouts

Variety of zoom classes also available

To allow people to stay active during lockdown, Manx Sport and Recreation staff have created a series of free workout videos to try at home.

An online 'NSC Live' zoom class schedule is also available, those sessions will cost £2.10.
