Martin still with Tyco

There is no truth in rumours that Guy Martin has split with Tyco Suzuki by TAS Racing.

There has been much discussion on internet forums in the last 24 hours suggesting the relationship between rider and team was at an end and that Martin would not compete at T.T. 2012.

Tyco Suzuki then issued the following tweet "Despite unsubstantiated comments (gossip) on the internet, Guy Martin is still very much part of the Tyco Suzuki team".

Martin crashed heavily in the opening Supersport race at last Saturday's North West 200 and suffered a bang on the head.

The popular rider was withdrawn by team bosses from the rest of the race programme following the incident.
