Manxies in Continental Action

In the wake of the outstanding four stage wins at the Tour de France from Laxey rider Mark Cavendish, several other Manx cyclists are in European action.

Team Isle of Man Microgaming competitors Tim Kennaugh, Tom Black, Warren Flynn and Alex Kinvig are in Belgium for three Kermesses this week.

Kennaugh and Black have also entered the Bath Road Race on their way home from Belgium.

Chris Nicholson is competing in the Tour of Acterveld in Holland, the Manx Road Club rider finished ninth on the opening stage

On the Island. this Thursday's Bikestyle event has been postponed and will now take place on Thursday 28th August.
