He won the Race Walking Association's National 10km Championships in Coventry in a time of 45:21.
Isle of Man competitors were somewhat dominant in the men's race, with Tom's fellow Manx Harriers Adam Cowin (49:09) and Gianni Epifani (50:39) finishing second and fourth, respectively.
Manx Harriers also put in a strong showing in the women's race.
Hannah Hunter was fifth (57:14), Marie Jackson was eighth (61:17), Rebecca Greatbatch tenth (62:59), Nicola Raven 13th (65:20) and Louise Hollings 14th (65:32).
The performances meant both the men's and women's teams were crowned inter-county and national champions.
