Manx side tops group ahead of semis

Team confident ahead of finals

Football - the Isle of Man side beat Ynys Mon to finish top of their group in Gotland last night.

They beat the Welsh side 4-nil and will now take on Guernsey in the semi-finals later this week.

It's been a successful Island Games so far for the Manxmen, who have won every game up to now - with comfortable victories over Hitra on Sunday, and the Falklands on Monday.

Captain Frank Jones says it's filled them with confidence for the rest of the competition.
