
Sixteen-year-old Southern Swimming Club member Guy Davies has broken the senior Island 200m breaststroke record.
Competing at the AXA Wealth International at Ponds Forge in Sheffield, Davies took over a second off the previous standard of Shane Stigant set, 27 years ago.
Guy swam the race in 2 minutes 28.70 seconds to improve his Island Games qualifying time.
