
Two of the Isle of Man's young Taekwondo stars are on their way to the Far East for the World Championships.
Sixteen-year-olds Jake Burns and Katie Meads are flying to Vladivostock on Russia's Pacific coast to compete in the Taekwondo World Poomsae Championships.
Poomsae is a variation of Taekwondo, and is the other major variety to Olympic style.
Coach Lisa Meads says the standard of competition will be very high for the young martial artists:
