A Liberal Vannin candidate in next month's House of Keys general elections says the Isle of Man has plenty of options open to it to fill the 'VAT blackhole'.
Nigel Dobson, a business man and founder member of the party, is standing in Garff.
He says the reduction of income faced by the Manx government is one of the biggest concerns for voters and it needs to look closely at what it can do (listen to audio file below):
