Defender commits future to club until 2023
League One side Wigan Athletic says its pleased to announce that Manxman Adam Long has signed a new contract with the club.
He's made 17 appearances for the Latics this season, and has now put pen to paper, committing his future to the club until the summer of 2023.
After a spell on loan at Notts County last year, the 20-year-old defender made his senior squad debut with Wigan in September.
The Greater Manchester side currently sit 22nd in the League One table, inside the relegation zone more than half the season yet to play.
