TTMA still appealing for volunteers for first few sessions
An appeal is ongoing for marshals to help out on the opening day of the 2025 Manx Grand Prix this Sunday (17 August), particularly for volunteers based on Island.
The TTMA is continuing to welcome interest from both new and first-time marshals to help out for one or several sessions during this year's MGP and Classic TT from 17-29 August.
The association's Chairman, Jane Corlett and one of its Directors, Laura Sawyer explain that local volunteers make up 'around 50 to 60 per cent' of their personnel for this month's meeting.
What's more, they're emphasising that they always remain flexible around the availability and commitments of anyone who's considering signing on:
Further details on how to become a marshal are available online at www.iomttmarshals.com
People can also visit the TTMA in person to sign up or find out more details about marshaling during this year's Manx Grand Prix and Classic TT at the association's marquee which is located behind the Race Control tower at the TT Grandstand on Glencrutchery Road, in Douglas .
