Referee delivers talk to Manx officials

An EFL referee has told match officials on the Isle of Man to learn from their mistakes.

Peter Bankes, a select group 2 referee, addressed his Manx counterparts in a special talk at Glencrutchery Road this week.

He spoke of the mental strength needed to be an official before playing a series of videos showing some of his best and worst decisions.
